You agree not to use Artmoney for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Posting or transmitting any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Artmoney

All content and materials on Artmoney, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Artmoney or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.

Changes to This Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artmoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
We may modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms. Your continued use of Artmoney after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By signing up for a membership, you agree to the following payment and cancellation terms:
Membership Payment
Membership fees are 49 dollars (paid monthly) or 39 dollars ( monthly, paid annual at one time, 468 dollars), and payment will be charged automatically via the payment method provided upon sign-up. Membership fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period on the 1st of every month/annually on the date of your subscription. For annual memberships, the full fee is charged upfront for the entire year. By providing your payment details, you authorize Artmoney to charge your account in accordance with the agreed billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions.
- If you cancel your payment, you will also cancel your membership and account on Artmoney. If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. It is either after one month or after one year depending on your membership. No further charges will be made after that, but you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current period.
- Please note that membership fees are non-refundable, and partial refunds are not provided for mid-term cancellations.
Artists are responsible for securely packaging and shipping sold artworks. Shipping costs, including insurance, must be included in the sale and shipping price unless otherwise agreed with the collector. Artists must provide tracking details and comply with all shipping regulations and send to the buyer via email. Any damage or loss during transit is the artist’s responsibility. All sold artworks must be shipped within 14 work days.
All sales on our website are final and occur directly between the artist and the collector. We do not offer a 14-day return policy or accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions for damaged or defective items may be considered, but any discussions will be between the artist and the collector, as Artmoney is a platform provider, not the seller.
